25th January, 2019, the Azerbaijan National Committee of ICOM held its working meeting at the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. ICOM members discussed the following topics: 
the celebration of the 18th  May International Museum Day under the motto “Museums as Cultural Hubs: the Future of Tradition”; 
participation in a training on museum education to be held in Tbilisi, from 27th  February to 1st March, 2019;
participation in the ICOM General Conference in Kyoto, 1-7 September, 2019.
