Embroidery from the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum’s Collection.

Within the framework of ICOM ICDAD-DEMHIST conference had been presented my book entitled Embroidery from the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum’s Collection. It has been published with the financial contribution received from UNESCO under the Programme of Participation in the activities of Member States for 2016-2017. This first of its kind edition describes different types of embroideries and analyses their functional, design and technical features. The book consists of four parts: Traditions of Art Embroidery of Azerbaijan, Interior Decoration, Accessories, and Garments.
