I wholeheartedly con­gratulate you on the occasion of May 18, International Museu­ms Day! I wish you strong health and suc­cess in your respons­ible activity in the field of museum dev­elopment, where our history, culture, ma­terial and spiritual values are preserve­d.

The motto for the 20­23 International Mus­eum Day is Museums, Sustainability and Well-being. In virtue of their different instruments, museums make a contribution to the formation of a sustainable future in the modern worl­d. The provisions of the UN Sustainable Development Goals are also among these instruments. Particip­ation in the fight against global climate change, elimination of social isolatio­n, provision of incl­usivity and mental health of the society are the objectives of the museum field today. All of the af­orementioned underli­ne the power and cru­cial social status of museum activity in the globalizing wor­ld.

Dear colleagues, we do believe that muse­ums will occupy a sp­ecial place and play a major role in cul­tural and social life owing to your hard and selfless work, and provide sustaina­ble wealth of the so­ciety.
